1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items returned after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@epcleanlux.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it back to us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions (Damaged/Incorrect Items): If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
5. Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or original payment processor).
  • You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
